    Please make all checks or money orders payable to your Association
    (NOT EXCALIBRE MANAGEMENT)

    Put your HOA account number on the check in order to ensure your payment is applied properly. If you are unsure of your HOA account number, it is listed on your monthly statement, or you can contact us at (909)389-2389 to verify.

    Please do not include any correspondence with your payment or it may be discarded.

  • ACH (Automatic Payments Through the Association’s Bank)
    ACH will automatically transfer funds in the amount of your current HOA dues from your bank account to the HOA’s bank on/around the 7th of each month. If you would like to sign up for ACH, fill out the below form and submit completed form either via email to jodi@excalibre.biz or via mail to PO Box 200, Mentone, CA 92359. HOA dues.

    4 days are required to transfer funds for each recurring payment.
