Our Outstanding Staff
Excalibre Management was founded in 1986 by Helen Farnam-Walter, with only one client and the vision to be the best community association management company in the Inland Empire. Since then, Excalibre Management has grown to be one of the top management firms in the region with carefully designed organizational structures and practices geared toward optimizing a property's performance. Our goal is to bring the professionalism, resources, and 25 years of experience our firm processes to our clients, while offering hands-on attention customary of the small neighborhood company. Today, Excalibre manages 23 community associations throughout the Inland Empire. We employ specialists for each detail. Our professional staff is composed of individuals with diverse experience in property supervision, construction management, marketing, reserve studies, cost control and financial accounting. Our founder is a recognized authority on homeowner association management and has a strong foundation in accounting and finance. An honor graduate of California State University, San Bernardino, where she earned her Masters of Business Administration degree, Ms. Farnam-Walter has over 30 years of management experience in business and industry and is a "trouble-shooter" by nature. She holds a life-time community college teaching credential and has lectured extensively and counseled homeowner association members on the principles of sound business management practices.
